Recover The Pendrive Files it Changed To Short Cut

Plug in the pen drive in to the computer. It shows all the files are change to short cut icon. There you cannot see the original files.

I was surprised What happen to my pendrive…!  All original files are disappear… that mean files and folders change to the shortcut. I don’t know what happen this happen in my pen drive also.

Files and folders are infected by virus. you have recover it without recover what ever you did it doesn’t open.But you can see the files didn’t erased. Now I am going to show how to solve this problem

Go to start -> Run

Type cmd

And now type this codes on cmd   attrib -H -R -S /S /D G:\*.*                                                                                     

If it doesn’t work try this…..!!!      attrib -H -R -S /S /D X:\*.*

In this x means it’s a letter

Now your  folder and the file will recover to the original mode. Finally scan your computer from this url http://ponmalars.blogspot.com/2010/12/www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php and keep your computer clean from infecting virus and secure your computer.
